There is an ongoing scam designed to target new users on Wikipedia! Users impersonating volunteers will ask for payment in exchange for assistance, or to have a draft page published. The assistance provided to you by legitimate Wikipedia editors will always be completely free of charge.
The easiest way is with the Article Wizard, which will create your article in Draft space and guide you through the steps of creating a draft.

The topic of an article must already be covered in reliable sources that are independent of the subject. These include academic journals, books, newspapers, magazines, and media with a reputation for fact checking.
