It is located off an interchange of U.S. Route 422 near the Limerick Nuclear Power Plant. It is owned by the Premium Outlets division of Simon Property Group .
The outlet mall has a gross leasable area of 1,292,611 square feet (120,087.5 m 2), placing it in the top ten among the largest shopping malls in New Jersey.
